Welcome to Salt & Citrus! My name is Ciara. If you haven’t read the about me page, then I will tell you a little bit about what is going on these days.
What you will find here is mainly me trying to understand my feelings, and hoping that by reading, you can start to untangle your own thoughts as well. My dream is to start an online magazine and I am hoping to hold myself accountable to that through my writing here as I start to organize my dreams and goals.
I am finding the world to be full of transition lately which is destabilizing, and the concept that I have been holding onto lately is contrast. Contrasting my earlier writing with my current writing, past dreams with new dreams, things that are opposites, anything that seems unreachable but you find yourself slowly inching towards it.
Anyway, I never know what to do in little introductory sections like this but I am always happy to hear from people and learn. Let me know if there is anything I should look into!
